I've had a real blip today, I've been on fluoxetine for years on and off this time I've been off them since Feb18, I've felt great but over the last 3 weeks I've not been good, slowly everyone and everything has been getting at me (in my head) plus I am over thinking and worrying and stressing over tiny little things and things that happen years and years ago... so what is this anxiety depression??? I 've been referred for counselling should I go back on meds too?

    Hello Law,

I have an unrelated question for you, before you started the medication and were feeling better, did you have any strong constant physical symptoms that ended up being related to anxiety

    Thanks!

The only thing I would say is that I had aches in my bones and have gained a lot of weight and increased dry skin on my face. I don't know if this is anxiety or not.

For further research you might consider magnesium supplementation or transdermal as there are articles indicating that it is as good if not better than taking anti-depressants. www.greenmedinfo.com/blog/magnesium-safe-first-line-defense-clinical-depression[/b]

Also, I find the information on Trudy Scott, Nutritionist, web site very helpful re anxiety, mood, etc.  https://www.everywomanover29.com/
